Refund policy

We do not accept returns but we are happy to discuss any situation that may arise from damage that occurs during shipping. We are happy to help with the recovery process from whichever carrier was used for shipment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item
  2. Contact us at kkstrinidadkitchen@gmail.com with your photos and order number

Do not discard the packaging or the item, as it may be needed for a USPS insurance claim. Once we review your photos, we will work with you on a replacement or resolution. Please do not contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us — we promise to make it right!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all items are handcrafted and perishable food products, all sales are final. Please contact us with any questions about your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, please see the Damaged Items section above.

Refunds
We are happy to discuss and resolve the issue if a situation arises where a refund is in order. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at kkstrinidadkitchen@gmail.com.
