Shipping policy

All orders are handcrafted and processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 additional business days within the US. Orders may be shipped on Saturdays but not on Sundays or USPS holidays.

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us at kkstrinidadkitchen@gmail.com before filing a claim. We'll take care of you!
